1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

1.1 Reservation : Booking can be made online through our website or in person at our premises. Any reservation is subject to availability.

1.2 Payment : Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking, as specified payment. Payment can be made by credit card or any other payment method accepted by The Road Riders .

2. RENTAL CONDITIONS 

​

2.1Eligibility : The renter must be at least 18 years old.

2.2 Rental deposit  : A security deposit will be collected at the time of rental to cover potential damages to the motorcycle. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the motorcycle in good condition.

2.3 Use of the Motorcycle : The motorcycle should only be used in accordance with applicable laws and road safety rules.

The renter is responsible for all fines during the rental period.

3. ROAD TRIP 

​

3.1 Itinerary : Proposed road trips have predetermined routes, but changes may be made based on weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Roadside Assistance : The Road Riders provides roadside assistance during the road trip. In cas of breakdown, please contact us.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

4.1 Renter's cancellation : Cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

4.2 Cancellation by The Road Riders : The Road Riders reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of force majeure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. LIABILITY

5.1 Motorcycle damage : The renter is responsible for any damage to the motorcycle during the rental period unless they can prove non-responsibility.

5.2 Liability Insurance : The Road Riders assumes no liability for personal injuries or property damage caused by the renter during the rental or road trip period.
